(“Sunbarrier Sdn. Bhd.,” “Sunbarrier”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.3 Sunbarrier Sdn. Bhd. retains the right to alter, amend, supplement, or delete any part of these Terms of Use and/or “globaltintshop Terms and Conditions” at any time. Changes will immediately in force upon posting on the Platform after each alterations made. You are deemed to be aware of and bound by any modifications to the preceding upon their publication on the Platform without any prior additional notices being given.
1.4 In order to open an account on the Platform, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission if you are under the age of 18 or the age required by your country’s laws to give consent (the “legal age”). 9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PAYMENT
9.1 Without prior notice and at its discretion, ‘globaltintshop’ may remove items from the market, Platform and/or the Services and change their prices, specifications, and/or availability. Please be reminded that the actual colours appearance of the products may vary from what you see on your screen depending on your monitor’s settings. Nevertheless, buyer have the option to request for cancellation or ammendment to their orders which ‘globaltintshop’ will be striving for the request (but under no obligation) that is on commercially reasonable effort basis.
9.2 Despite our best efforts to maintain the accuracy of all details information, including pricing and descriptions, on this website, there may occasionally be defective imprecision. In the event that we identify a pricing error for any of the Products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can and give you the alternatives of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to get in touch with you we shall consider the Order to be cancelled. We will issue you a complete refund if you have already paid for your Order and decide to cancel it before we ship it to you.
(a) All prices are in Malaysian ringgit and are inclusive of any taxes. Where applicable, additional fees for delivery will be charged; Such additional costs are disclosed and accounted for in the total price displayed at the checkout.
(b) In the event if the pricing displayed on the website is inaccurate. We are under no obligation to process your Order even after your Order has been acknowledged by us.
(c) For you to make purchases, you can use the cash on delivery payment option upon delivery or utilise any of the payment partners listed on our homepage. Similarilary to that, you can also pay a portion of the cost of your order by using e-gift cards, store credit, or a promotional voucher.
(d) E-gift cards and promotional vouchers only can be utilise at online checkout page. ‘globaltintshop’ employees will not accept any physical representations of vouchers. ‘globaltintshop’ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prohibit anyone from using the promotional codes or vouchers made available on the Platform.
(e) Your card data is encrypted by us to reduce the possibility of unauthorized access, As soon as we receive your order, a pre-authorization on your card would be requested to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. However, order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check is completed. All Cards are subject to validation checks and issuer authorization. Once you receive the Order Confirmation from us your card will be debited. We would not be held responsible or liable in any delay or non delivery if we do not obtained the necessary authorization .
(f) Upon authorization of payment, you are authenticating that you are the legitimate owner of the e-gift card or promotional voucher which you possess sufficient funds or credit facilities to pay for the purchase for the cost of the Product.

You will receive a complete refund of your payment amounts in the case of any cancellation orders item from us which you have already paid for it. We are not to be held responsible and will not be liable to you or any other third party for the withdrawal of any of our products regardless of whether any products has been sold or not including but not limited to editing any materials or contents on this site or for refusing to process or accept an Order.
9.4 All the applicable prices and promotions stated on our website at www.globaltintshop.com is only available for ONLINE purchases via the website itself. Walk-In customers who visit our office in person at No. 5, Jln TPP 5/1, Taman Perindustrian Puchong, 47100, Selangor are not eligible to the same discounts or special offers that are available online on over website. Customers who come in without an appointment will pay the retail pricing listed by our sales representatives.
9.5 ‘globaltintshop’ shall not be held responsible and not liable in any situations where the payment options provided (such as maybank2u.com, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong ConnectFirst or all direct bank transfers, ATM cash deposits, and all other payment options indicated on the platform/site) are no longer available due to any/all circumstances/reasons.
10. DELIVERY OF GOODS/SERVICES
10.1 We strive to make every effort to deliver the Product to you at the delivery location you specify in your Order and by the delivery time window specified by us when you placed your order (as updated in the Order Confirmation).
10.2 We will be informing you to let you aware, if we anticipate that we are unable to achieve our estimated delivery date. However, to the fullest extent allowed by law, we would not be held responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, penalties, or expenses that resulted from delivery delays.
10.3 You may be required to acknowledge a signature for delivery upon delivery of the Product
10.4 Please be informed that there will be certain location that might not possible for us to deliver to. If this is the case, we will contact you using the information you provide when placing your Order to arrange for cancellations and make a new arrangements to have it delivered to a different newly specify address.

10.6 All risk in the Product will transfer to you upon delivery, with the exception that risk will transfer when delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract (for e.g. see 7.8 below), Risk will transfer on the day of delivery would have been made if not for your breach. 10.7 If you are not available to accept delivery or collect the package, we may leave a card with advice on how to arrange for redelivery or collection from the courier .
10.8 If your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery causes a delay in delivery or collection, or if you fail to accept delivery or collection of the Product within a week of our initial delivery attempt, ( without affecting any other right or remedy available to us ) we may take one or both of the following two actions :
(a) Impose you any fees and other additional expenses reasonably incur by us; or
(b) In the case we no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and inform you that we are immediately terminating the relevant Contract. We will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as appropriate any money already paid to us under the Contract, less our reasonable administration costs (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage/shipping fees as provided for in clause 10.8 (a) above).
You understand that the Products are standard and were not tailored made specifically just to fit any exact unique requirements you may have.
10.9 If there is a dispute over the amount in the cart that qualifies for free shipping, the value listed on the website will be used .
11. RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS/SERVICES
11.1 If you are displeased with your purchases, You have seven (7) days of receipt from the time you receive the product to return it to us . The product must be must be brand-new and unopened, and with the product tags intact and untampered and in its original brand packaging (if applicable). Only those products that are not covered in the list of non-refundable brands or items that is offered on our platform are subject to this policy.
11.2 Only purchases of window/tint film in rolls of 5′ x 50′ and 5′ x 100′ are eligible for refunds. Refunds are strictly prohibited for window tints and films that are loose and that need to be trimmed, altered, adjusted, or modified in any way at the request of the buyer, customer, or purchaser. Customers who request a refund or exchange after using the films (up to 5 feet) will not receive a complete refund. Based on the calculations of the customer’s foot utilised, we will subtract and then reimburse the difference or refund only the balance accordingly. This only applies to uses that don’t exceed beyond 5 feet. We reserve the right to refuse returning a product for a refund or exchange if the customer has used it for more than 5 ft.
11.3 In order for a customer to be eligible for a refund, all items must be received by ‘globaltintshop’ to facilitate all the refund . All refunds is in the form of e-gift cards vouchers/promotional codes/credits/cash/money on the website, or replacement. You are responsible for making sure the Product is packaged appropriately and shipped to us in the same condition that it was in when it was received by you. We reserve the right to refuse returns and send the product back to you if it is sent to us in an inappropriate state or unsuitable conditions.
11.4 You can arrange returns via your nearest local post office/freight/courier services. You are also are welcome to walk into our office directly for your returns. We will not be liable in the case the products are missing due to shipments.
11.5 If any purchasers place any incorrect orders on this website and later discover to be incorrect and our return and refund team determines that is/are under the customer(s) fault, then the shipping costs, payment gateway costs, and any other third-party costs shall be borne by the buyer/buyers (follow 11.6.1). However if our return and refund team discover that ‘globaltintshop’ have committed an error with any orders, ‘globaltintshop’ will cover the shipping costs as well as the payment gateway fees (follow 11.6.2). All refunds and reimbursements will take within seven (7) and fourteen (14) working days. ‘globaltintshop’, the owner of this platform shall not be held liable for any refunds due to any unforeseen circumstances.
11.6.1 The method for calculating reimbursements will be as follows :
The creditable amount is the total amount less the shipping and payment gateway fees –
Shipping Fees + Payment Gateway Fees = Creditable Amount.
* Example : Total RM 100 – ( Shipping Fee RM 12 + RM 10 Payment Gateway Fee ) = Creditable Amount RM 78
11.6.2 The reimbursement amount will be determined as follows:
Creditable Amount = Total Amount (Include Shipping & Payment Gateway Fees).
* Example: Creditable Amount RM100 = Total Amount RM100
(Total amount includes shipping and payment gateway fees) (FULL REFUND)
11.7 ‘globaltintshop’ reserves the right to modify and at its sole discretion any terms and conditions at any time without prior or further notifications .
