Refund and Returns Policy

At Global Tint Shop, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. However, due to the nature of window film and automotive detailing materials, our return and refund policy is very limited and applies only in rare circumstances.

⚠️ Important Notice:

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened or partially used rolls of window film. Once the packaging is opened, it becomes impossible to verify how much film has been used, and the product may no longer be resellable or usable.

Shipping window films back and forth may also cause further damage due to the fragile nature of the material, making returns impractical and high-risk.

When Can a Return or Refund Be Considered?

We may accept returns only under specific conditions, such as:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived severely damaged (please report within 24 hours)

  • The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

⚠️ Possible Deductions from Refund (if approved):

In some approved cases, fees may be deducted for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Inspection and handling fees

  • Re-packaging or re-boxing costs

  • Damage or loss during return shipping

How Are Refunds Issued?

Approved refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be used toward your next purchase at GlobalTintShop.com.
Cash refunds are not available.
